For the past 31 years Kevin Stone has worked in the food industry in the Fort Worth and Arlington areas. He learned the business from his father, Ken Stone. 

Kevin began his on-the-job training at the age of 16 working in his father’s restaurant after school and helping with his catering business. Kevin began Stone’s Catering in 2010 and has successfully served many individuals and companies such as Tyson Foods, the Fort Worth Transportation Authority (The T), Independent Electrical Contractors Association and the National Guard.

He launched the new Rollin-Stone Food Truck in the spring of 2015. Kevin is passionate about food and the culinary industry and is extremely excited about serving you in the new Rollin-Stone Food Truck and his growing catering operation.
